Break rules
At Chidacards, we host group breaks where you will only receive cards from the teams or players you select. While group breaks offer the potential to pull amazing cards, please be aware that there is also a chance that no cards from your chosen team or player will be included. We cannot guarantee specific cards.
If there are any issues with the condition of your cards, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Before participating in any of our breaks, we encourage you to carefully review these terms. By purchasing a spot, you confirm that you have read and agree to these conditions.
What is a break?
Box breaks offer an exciting way to grow your collection! Choose your favorite player or team from your preferred sport, and watch as we open all the packs live to reveal what you’ve pulled. It’s a fun and interactive way to explore new sets and products while expanding your collection.
I have bought into a break, what now?
Once you’ve secured your spot in a break, all you need is a little patience until the break is sold out. As soon as it’s sold out, we’ll send you an email with all the details, including the date, time, and where the break will be streamed live.

What if I can’t watch the break live?
We understand that life can get busy, and you might not always be able to catch the live break. No worries, every break is saved and available to watch back on our Twitch channel.

What's a filler
A “filler” is a type of “mini break” that allows you a chance to get into the actual break for much cheaper. A filler helps fill a break quickly.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most European countries,the UK and USA.
The shipping costs are too high for the cards I hit, what now?
We store your cards safely and don’t mind keeping it safe until you decide to get it shipped out! Feel free to wait when you joined more breaks before requesting a shipment.

I have requested shipping for my cards, how fast do they get here?
Depending on what time and day you request shipping, most requests will be shipped out same day or the day after.
Shipping times can range from 1-5 days to sometimes 7 days depending where you’re from.
Every shipping goes out with a Track & Trace.
What is the Rip n Ship section on the website?
In the Rip n Ship section, you’ll find all products that will be opened live on TikTok after purchase. As part of our service, we carefully sleeve and top-load all hits from your product to ensure they’re well protected. Once the live break is complete, everything will be securely packaged and shipped directly to you.

Can I return my items and get refunds?
Return Policy & Pre-Order Cancellations
Please note that, due to market volatility, we are unable to accept returns beyond 48 hours after your order has been delivered.
Received a damaged item?
We’re sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged, please notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Important: Do not return damaged items without first contacting us. Reach out to us at shaun@chidacards.com for return instructions.
Pre-order cancellations:
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, be aware that a restocking fee of 5% may apply, along with any applicable shipping charges.
Refusing to pay customs fees?
If a shipment is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments.
